Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your GeekGravity account at any time without asking support to perform it for you.
How to request deletion
- Mobile app: Open Me → Delete account, verify your identity, and submit the request.
- Web: Sign in and use the account-deletion entry in Personal Center.
- If you cannot sign in, contact [email protected]. We will verify account ownership first.
What happens next
- A submitted request enters the grace period shown on the confirmation page and can be cancelled during that period.
- After the grace period, account identity and private account data are deleted or anonymized according to our rules and cannot be restored.
- Public content that may lawfully be retained can remain to preserve discussion context, but its account identity association will be removed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
