1. Service Description

  • Users aged 13 through 17 may use the service only with parent or guardian consent and guidance where required by applicable law.
  • You should provide truthful and accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
  • You must not lend, sell, transfer, or use your account for unlawful purposes.
  • You are responsible for account risks and losses caused by your own acts or omissions.

3. Scope and Compliance

These Terms apply to any access to or use of the Site and related services from any jurisdiction and through any device. You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and the laws and regulations applicable to the Site operator's location. If mandatory local law provides otherwise, such mandatory provisions apply.

4. User Conduct

You must not use the Site to post, transmit, or assist in transmitting content that violates laws, public order and good morals, or platform rules, including but not limited to:

  • Malicious traffic manipulation, spam, attacks, scraping, circumvention of restrictions, or interference with normal service operation
  • Impersonation, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, or other acts that harm users, the Site, or third parties
  • Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming or sexualizing minors, or soliciting, producing, possessing, or distributing sexual content involving minors

Normal discussion of history, culture, academic topics, news, or public issues should remain factual, restrained, and respectful, and must comply with laws and platform rules. Violating content may be removed or restricted, and accounts may be limited or banned. Where necessary, the Site may preserve records and report to competent authorities in accordance with law.

5. Child Safety and Enforcement

GeekGravity has zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM. Users can report inappropriate content or accounts from content and user menus in the app or contact [email protected]. For confirmed violations, we may restrict access to or remove content, restrict or ban accounts, preserve necessary evidence, and report to NCMEC or the relevant regional authority as required by applicable law. 6. Content and Intellectual Property

  • Original Site content and interface designs are protected by law.
  • For feed posts, comments, submissions, Forum threads and replies, Space messages, images, and files you post, you grant the Site a non-exclusive license to display, store, process, and transmit that content within the scope of Site operation.
  • When quoting third-party content, you must comply with applicable copyright and license requirements. Linked third-party websites are responsible for their own content.

7. Disclaimer

  • Third-party websites linked from the directory are operated by their respective operators. Please assess security and compliance risks independently.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Site is not liable for indirect losses caused by force majeure, third-party service failures, or similar events.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may also suspend or terminate part or all of the services when necessary.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent people's court at the location of the Site operator.
