Child Safety Standards

These standards apply to the GeekGravity (lklkl.com) website and mobile app and form part of the Terms of Service.

1. Minimum age

  • You must be at least 13 years old. If applicable law in your location requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.
  • Users aged 13 through 17 may use the service only with parent or guardian consent and guidance where required by applicable law.
  • The service is not directed to children under 13. We may restrict or terminate an account when we learn that its user is below the applicable minimum age.

2. Zero-tolerance policy

GeekGravity prohibits all child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including but not limited to:

  • producing, uploading, possessing, soliciting, exchanging, or distributing CSAM;
  • grooming, coercing, sexualizing, harassing, or exploiting a minor;
  • building a relationship with a minor for a sexual purpose, arranging sexual contact, or soliciting sexual imagery; and
  • providing links, instructions, assistance, or advocacy for any of the conduct above.

3. How to report

  • In the app, open the action menu for a feed item, Forum item, or Space message and choose Report content or Report user.
  • Users can also block another user to hide that user's feed posts, Forum replies, and Space messages.
  • For urgent child-safety concerns, email [email protected] with Child Safety in the subject line.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services first.

4. Review and enforcement

We prioritize child-safety reports. For confirmed violations, we may immediately restrict access to or remove content, restrict or ban accounts, prevent related interactions, and preserve necessary evidence where permitted by applicable law and consistent with protecting victims.

We report confirmed CSAM and other reportable child-exploitation content to NCMEC or the relevant regional authority as required by applicable law, and cooperate with lawful investigations.

5. Child-safety point of contact

The designated contact for child-safety notices from Google Play and users is [email protected]. This contact can initiate content review, account enforcement, evidence-preservation, and legally required reporting procedures.

6. Updates

We may update these standards to reflect legal requirements, platform policies, and safety practices. The current version will be published on this page.
